REFUND POLICY: MENMOZHI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED www.menmozhi.com (the "Website"), all pages on the Website and any services provided by or through this Website ("Services"). (hereinafter referred to as MENMOZHI or Company or Director or Owner)
1). If the service / product delivery has not started within 75 working days (day calculated from the date of agreement with Customer / client / users), any amount paid to avail service(s) from the Website will be refunded after deducting applicable processing fee / transaction fee / taxes as it may apply.
2). Customers / clients / Users can not claim refund in case he / she is not satisfied with the product (s) / services offered by the Owner after delivery of the product / service. Hence it is adviced that quries / comments / feedbacks should be raised by the Customers / clients / users to the owner via writing mail to contact@menmozhi.com during the implementation period of the product(s) / service(s). Here implementation period means that the time : from agreement date / project (s) / service (s) start date to the agreed delivery date of the product(s) / service (s) to the clients / customers / users.
3). This Refund policy will may under go a major or minor updates time to time. The Owner has all rights to decide whether to nofify the refund policy updates or not to notify to customers / clients / users.
4). It is assumed that all the Customers / clients / Users of the product / services offer by the Owner read terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy.
